About the event
Don't have a sitter but want to participate in a yoga class? This is the perfect opportunity!
This class will be tailored for adults but is in an environment that if you need to bring your little, you can. <3
If you want to enjoy the class and leave your little at home, that's okay too! This class is to kick off your Mother's Day weekend with a form of movement that is low key and perfect for anybody or experience level! With or without your kids, take an hour to enjoy movement for you.
Please bring your own mat.
